Day Job: managing internet businesses, and business coaching and mentoring.

My background, believe it or not, is in tour operating (Owners Abroad Group plc - now First Choice), and travel; such as Abta Travel Hypermarket, EFL tour operation (high value English study holidays for European market), as well as expereince as a Business Analyst (ICMC) and much more recently Business Research & Consulting (Business Support Finder).

Having run SMEs since my early 20's, as a successful young entrepreneur, I bring with me the experience and business skills to put to good use. My experience can help you get your business where it wants to be, avoiding the many pitfalls, minefields, and dead-ends which SMEs face everyday. Flexibility is key. I am able to act as a 'right hand man', project manager, business adviser, marketing strategist and other critical roles.

If I don't know it, I probably know someone who will. As a member of several professional business networks in the region, and nationally. I am in contact with a wide range of consulting expertise. A requirement outside my personal skill set, means I recommend one or more candidates to choose from a selection of approved professional business advisers. I remain in contact to ensure a successful conclusion of the project and business intervention. For example: should your business require, say, an Internet marketing expertise and a Search Engine Optimisation strategy, and if I myself am either not available or not best qualified despite owning and managing numerous internet businesses, I would then recommend to you an expert from within my business network i.e. someone whom I can personally vouch for his professionalism and credibility, or someone I have selected based upon their credentials and proven track record.

All consultancy work is geared towards performance improvement and is result-orientated. Any monies invested in business performance improvement can be measured to show genuine and solid returns on investment. Specialists will consider part of their fee results-linked.
